It used to really bother me if I missed a day of a particular program, or if I did a different workout than the one scheduled. It would make me feel like a failure. Today was scheduled to be Plyo Fix Extreme(lots of jumping), and with my fatigue, that was not going to happen. But I still wanted to get some kind of workout in, so yoga it was. The older I get, the more I realize yoga's importance. And the more I do it, the better I get. My Crow (top pic) is getting better. I don't feel like a failure for switching things up. Sometimes your plan has to change, but the goal will always remain the same.
